I was so impressed with the high caliber of skill, service, friendliness and immediate willingness to work my car in for repair even with a full schedule with Satch Works Auto in Port Townsend!! Not only are Micah and Bill highly skilled auto technicians and my car was quickly repaired and safely on the highway again, they further checked in after to ensure that all was well. This is an honest, fair and reliable auto shop to go to!

Nate is a freaking GENIUS! I took my car to two different mechanics who told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Nate cracked the code in less than a week, and now my car is running great. He should be a detective, seriously. And such a nice guy to boot! The whole customer service team is awesome. We made an appointment with Satch Works to replace 90% of our brake lines with SS, replace wipers, and service the rear differential. We highly recommend their services! They were professional, courteous, and the job was completed on time! I seriously cannot recommend Satch auto repair enough. I was traveling through Port Townsend during a road trip when my Hyundai suddenly started having engine issues with a check engine light and some ideling. I was incredibly stressed as I was traveling through town alone from Montana. But, thankfully there was Satch auto nearby. Micah and Bill were unbelievably kind, honest, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They were able to get my car in quickly, diagnose the issue fast, and get me safely back on the road much sooner than I expected. Micah especially went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel manageable, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people rather than just rushing through repairs. If you’re in the Port Townsend area and need trustworthy, efficient, and compassionate mechanics, this is absolutely the place to go. Had some issues with my Dodge 1500. They repaired the problem at an appropriate cost. Helpful staff and solid fix, haven’t had any further issues. They are busy so making an appointment is a must and it may take some time to get the work done.
