Port Townsend and Port Hadlock Auto Repair

We can’t say enough good things about the repair to our vehicle in Port Hadlock. We were stranded 200 miles from home with a needed major engine repair. They evaluated our situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. They went out of their way to work us in and get us safely back on the road. Don is an amazing mechanic and the front desk is super friendly and accommodating. We are forever grateful, and are now safely back home in Vancouver, Washington.

Wonderful folks, great place to get maintenance, I have a 25 year old car, and they treat her right!

I had a great experience at Stach Works. Very professional crew and had me back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

I was so impressed with the high caliber of skill, service, friendliness and immediate willingness to work my car in for repair even with a full schedule with Satch Works Auto in Port Townsend!! Not only are Micah and Bill highly skilled auto technicians and my car was quickly repaired and safely on the highway again, they further checked in after to ensure that all was well. This is an honest, fair and reliable auto shop to go to!

We have used them for vehicle repairs for many years. They are the best around. We always try to call them first.

They really helped out and fixed my son's car. Very dependable was grateful! Thank you!

Nate is a freaking GENIUS! I took my car to two different mechanics who told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Nate cracked the code in less than a week, and now my car is running great. He should be a detective, seriously. And such a nice guy to boot! The whole customer service team is awesome. You won't regret bringing your car to this auto shop.

We made an appointment with Satch Works to replace 90% of our brake lines with SS, replace wipers, and service the rear differential. We highly recommend their services! They were professional, courteous, and the job was completed on time! PLUS they give a 24 month warranty/24,000 miles, which ever comes first :) Great Job and you are our new GO TO team - Jim Ward & Debra

I seriously cannot recommend Satch auto repair enough. I was traveling through Port Townsend during a road trip when my Hyundai suddenly started having engine issues with a check engine light and some ideling. I was incredibly stressed as I was traveling through town alone from Montana. But, thankfully there was Satch auto nearby. Micah and Bill were unbelievably kind, honest, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They were able to get my car in quickly, diagnose the issue fast, and get me safely back on the road much sooner than I expected. Micah especially went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel manageable, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people rather than just rushing through repairs. If you’re in the Port Townsend area and need trustworthy, efficient, and compassionate mechanics, this is absolutely the place to go. Thank you again Micah and Bill for turning a really stressful day into such a positive experience!
